Product Delivery
We cooperate with reputable courier companies: DPD and Poczta Polska.
International deliveries are carried out using:
Poczta Polska and DPD.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and a tracking number. For courier deliveries, you may also receive an SMS with the estimated delivery time.
Most parcels are delivered within 2-5 working days (EU).
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our store:
- Online payment – processed via Stripe and Przelewy24.
- Credit/debit card – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
- PayPal – fast international payments.
- Bank transfer in advance – bank details will be provided after placing the order.
Returns & Complaints
In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment – without giving any reason. The product must not show signs of use and should be returned in its original condition.
Complaints
If the product turns out to be defective, you can file a complaint under the warranty – within 2 years from the date of purchase (1 year in case of a business purchase).
How to return a product?
Fill out the return form – you can use the online form or download and print a paper version.
Pack the product – include the proof of purchase (if you’re returning all items from the receipt, attach the original).

The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the provided account within a few days of receiving the returned package.
For complaints
We review complaints within 14 days of receiving the product. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund the full amount paid (to your bank account or payment card).
